From 1991 to 2002

JianDa was founded in 1991 as a small factory with registered capital of 100,000 RMB, we focused on PVC toy balls, our company’s early mission was to absorb more talents and technology so as to make various toy balls to meet various needs. Our diligent colleagues overcame one difficulty after another, to make it possible to speed up our business expansion.

From 2002 to 2012

By the year of 2002, JianDa’s first subsidiary – Shanghai Jianhuiling Sporting Goods Company was founded, we successfully made the transition from domestic market to global market, and put more and more equipments into use, all these support our annual sales up to 15,000,000 US$. During this period, we expand more business lines.

Now we have launched a 5-year-plan: Creating Brand Value, to make JianDa Brand world-famous.
